Miller Druck was effectively the first women-owned business certified in the built and construction industry. Paving the way for women in the industry is a core element of our mission – as we are not only a WBE by name or via certificate but apply the belief that women deserve a place in this field at every level.

Miller Druck’s own, Kim Dumais, was a part of the founding members of the ‘Women in Stone’ initiative, back in 2014 – now a very strong and steadily growing branch of the Natural Stone Institute. Kim later won the 2021 Women in Stone Pioneer Award for her excellent work in promoting and advocating for women within the stone industry.
