An Art Deco landmark overlooking Central Park, 55 Central Park West underwent a lobby renovation that preserved its historic elegance while enhancing durability and luxury. Miller Druck fabricated and installed Noire Reale Black, Grandtier Green marble, Nero Marquina Black, and Renaissance Rose Pink, used in flooring, wainscoting, and inlays to reflect the building’s 1930s character. Executed with precision and care in an occupied residence, the project exemplifies Miller Druck’s craftsmanship and expertise in landmark restorations.
